Midnight Run!

Joe and I went for a Midnight run last night and it felt fantastic! Running is an amazingly tranquil workout and the fat cries and cries buckets full plus it's so good for my mentality too...it's wonderful therapy.  I can see the change happening in my body now and I'm losing weight.  There is a big difference in how much stronger I am throughout my mind and body now compared to just 3 weeks ago. Running is great!
