Finally....it moved!

For a week now I have been staring at the scale....hoping each time to see something different and yet....each time....nothing.  I was frustrated but I refused to let my PCOS weight-loss hurdles get me down.  I kept working out and I kept running because this is all about being healthy more than losing weight. Yet, today, it finally changed and I can't help but be super excited about it! I lost 2 pounds! That's a total of 16 pounds so far! Yay Me! Hehehe! =)

First Time!

I ran 20 minutes today for the very first time! It was super TOUGH but it felt
A M A Z I N G!! I only had to walk for 3...1 minute walks to catch my breath but I'm Rockin' it Y'all! Whoop Whoop! =)

Lovely Sunday Afternoon!

We tried a new hobby this Sunday! Woodburning! We didn't too bad if I do say so myself.  Joe and I both colaberated on this project and it was lots of fun....kinda hard....but fun! =)



Also....I finished recovering one of the cushions! This will work until we can buy a new set of stools next year. =)

I had a bit of trouble with the corners but....it still looks much better than it did before. 

We'll still be going for our Sunday run together too...we're just waiting for the sun to set and off we'll go! I love my Weekends! So much fun spending it with my Honey Butters! =)

Goodbye 14!

I've lost 14 pounds! It feels great. I've worked really hard to drop each and every one of them too!  Running, along with Clean Eating has really had a huge difference in this journey.  My PCOS is still fighting the loss of every pound but this running seems to be keeping me one step ahead of it's effects. No matter what....I've never felt better!

I ran today for the entire 10 minutes without having to walk! Whoop Whoop! I'm getting closer to that 5k every day! =)

Midnight Run!

Joe and I went for a Midnight run last night and it felt fantastic! Running is an amazingly tranquil workout and the fat cries and cries buckets full plus it's so good for my mentality too...it's wonderful therapy.  I can see the change happening in my body now and I'm losing weight.  There is a big difference in how much stronger I am throughout my mind and body now compared to just 3 weeks ago. Running is great!

Tuesday Run!

I think my problem on Sunday was the heat by the sun baking me like a french fry...plus....I didn't pace myself correctly so I burnt out too quick.  Today's run was much better and I was way more focused. It feels great to burn up these calories in a good run! =)

Fun On A Sunday Afternoon!

What a fun Sunday Afternoon! We went over to the High School and ran on their brand new track.


It was pretty hot today but it made the fat cry even harder! Oh Yeah!


He's so cute and supportive. That's my Honey Butters!


 He's coming around the bend! 


And he's got great form too! I finished before him but it's only because I didn't go as far.  Soon I'll be passing him up in no time. We both kicked bootie out there today!  =)


What a wonderful day and my calves are BURNING like crazy! WHOOP WHOOP! Feels AMAZING! =D
